"Pleasantly surprised by the quality"
I ordered a pair of heels from EGO and felt a bit unsure at first because the price was so reasonable. But once they arrived and I tried them on, I was actually relieved, they looked really nice and felt sturdier than I expected. They did take a little time to break in, but overall I’m happy with them and feel like they were definitely worth it.

"Cute styles, but beware of the temptation"
I’ve had a good experience shopping on ego.co.uk. Their designs feel a bit different from the usual stuff you see everywhere, so it’s nice if you want shoes or bags that actually stand out. I found a few pieces that matched my outfits really well. Just a warning though, there’s so much cute stuff on there that it’s very easy to add way more to your basket than you planned...

"Really good value compared to most places"
I ordered a few pairs of heels from ego.co.uk i was surprised by how decent they were for the price.
I wasn’t expecting too much because they were cheaper than a lot of similar styles I’ve seen elsewhere, but they actually look really nice on and felt fine for a night out. Delivery was alright too, nothing to complain about.
For the money, I think they’re definitely worth it. Compared to what most people are charging for heels now, these felt like a good find, and I’d buy again, especially for shoes I don’t want to spend loads on

"Pretty happy with the fit"
I ordered a pair of heels from ego.co.uk and was pleased with them. I’m normally a size 6 and they fit pretty much true to size. They did feel a little narrow at first, but not enough to be uncomfortable. I wore them for a few hours and they held up fine. Delivery was decent too. Overall, I’d order again, but if you’ve got wider feet I’d probably double-check the style first.

I ordered from EGO and my parcel turned up faster than I thought it would. The tracking was decent too, which is always a relief because delivery updates are usually all over the place these days. I’m only knocking off a star because the box was a bit bashed when it arrived, but let’s be honest, parcels always seem to get thrown around a bit. Overall though, really happy with how quick the delivery was.

I did get the updates I needed, which was good, but I have mixed feelings overall because the replies were a little slow at times. Nothing terrible, just wish the response time was a bit quicker

I was surprised by the prices. Compared to a few other places I checked, these were already reasonable, and the discount code actually worked at checkout. I ended up getting my boots for less than I expected, so I’m happy with it

"Shipping felt a little high"

"Got some boots from EGO last winter..."
Got some boots from EGO last winter and wanted to actually wear them for a bit before saying anything.
They’ve been through rain, nights out, and plenty of walking around, and they’re still in good shape. Zip and heel are fine, just needed the odd wipe down.

Pretty happy with them for the price. No peeling or anything weird, so I’d buy again.

I was so happy they actually had my size in stock, plus a few wide-fit options too. It made the whole shopping experience way less frustrating than usual. I’d definitely shop here again, and I’ve already mentioned it to a friend who has the same issue finding good sizes.

"Easy ways to pay"
Checking out on ego.co.uk was really easy I liked that there were a few payment options so I could just choose the one that worked best for me. It didn’t feel confusing or annoying at any point.

I went with one of the pay later options and everything went through fine. The order confirmation came through quickly too so I wasn’t stressing. I’d definitely shop there again

I wasn’t totally sure how these would feel, but they ended up being really comfy. I wore them all night, and because they had good support, my feet didn’t hurt like they usually do. Delivery was straightforward too, so I’d definitely order from EGO again.

"Pretty easy overall"
The site was just easy to deal with, which I really appreciated. I got around without much trouble, and checkout was quick enough that it didn’t annoy me.
